Welcome to our charming apartments in Protaras! These are not just places to stay – they’re gateways to unforgettable holidays filled with relaxation, comfort, and good vibes.
We offer two fully equipped 2-room apartments – one with a pool view, and the other with a stunning view of the sea and town. They’re perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.
Each apartment includes everything you need to feel at home:
A cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette – the heart of the space where you can cook, relax, and make memories. The sofa bed in the living room comfortably accommodates two additional guests.
A kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and washing machine – everything you need for convenience.
A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and blackout blinds to ensure restful sleep.
Fresh bedding and soft towels are provided to guarantee a cozy and comfortable stay.
Free WiFi and air conditioning are available in both apartments.
One apartment features a balcony with a lovely pool view – perfect for your morning coffee or a romantic sunset dinner. The other offers a scenic view of the town and the sea – a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartment due to the resort's policy, which aligns with our own.
Cyprus follows left-hand traffic rules, a legacy of its former status as an English colony.
The speed limits are as follows: 50 km/h in built-up areas, 80 km/h outside built-up areas, and 100 km/h on expressways, unless indicated otherwise by road signs.
The closest airport is Larnaca Airport (LCA), located approximately 63 km from the apartment (about a 40-minute drive).
Alternatively, you can also access Cyprus via Paphos Airport (PFO), which is situated 177 km away from the apartment.
If you are a citizen of a European Union country, you can travel to Cyprus with just a valid ID card; a passport is not required.
You can access Cyprus via airports in Larnaca and Paphos or use the sea border crossings in Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, and Latchi.
Please keep in mind that Cyprus is traditionally divided into Greek and Turkish parts, and the legal situation is not precisely defined. To avoid any issues or misunderstandings, make sure to use the airports listed on government websites.
